This theme supports the Contact Form 7 plugin which will allow you to generate an unlimited number of contact forms.
Once the Contact Form 7 plugin is activated, navigate to Contact > Add New.
If you’ve imported the demo content, then a contact form should already be available in Contact > Contact Forms.
Once a contact form is created, copy the provided shortcode and paste it into your contact page. An example contact form shortcode is:
[contact-form-7 id="9" title="Contact Page"]
In our demo, we’ve used several shortcodes from the Rescue Shortcodes plugin with the Contact Form 7 contact form to create the following outline:
