1. Change WordPress to your language #
Navigate to the WordPress language settings and select the language that you’d like to translate the theme strings into:
Settings > General > Site Language
2. Load the theme’s text files into a translation program and translate the strings #
Every theme includes a language .pot file within the theme’s /languages/ folder which allows for the translation of text strings with your favorite translation program.
We recommend using the WPML plugin or Loco Translate plugin which provides editing of language files directly within the WordPress dashboard. The Loco Translate plugin will also automatically locate and load the theme’s translation file for you:
Once the strings have been translated and saved, the theme will display the text in your language.
