The Politics theme is compatible with the Sharing module by Jetpack. To activate this featured, install the Jetpack plugin and active Social Sharing at:
Jetpack > Settings > Activate Sharing
Setup your social sharing services from:
Settings > Sharing
Adjust the pages and posts that you’d like to remove the social sharing icons from within the page or post editing area:
