Need support for one of our free themes?


Although we offer free themes, we’re unable to offer free direct support for them. We will provide support for our free themes with a Priority Support purchase though (which is a pretty stellar deal!).

You’re welcome to post any questions you have about our free themes on the theme’s WordPress.org support forum although the forum is only checked weekly and responses aren’t guaranteed.




Support Policy


Basic support is included with each premium theme purchased either through the Envato Marketplace or directly from us. Basic support is defined as responding to general setup questions.

Priority Support is defined as receiving advanced technical support, faster support responses, and hands on support through site login if necessary for premium and free products developed by us.

Priority Support will also include minor customization or alterations at the discretion of the support team. If you require major modifications, then you should consider contracting a developer for your site.

There is no free support offered for any of our free products.

We won’t provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if a member is abusive or in violation of our terms and conditions.

All support is offered Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM U.S. Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT-6).
