Basic support is included with each premium theme purchase from us through the Envato Marketplace. Basic support is defined as responding to general premium theme questions.
Priority Support is defined as receiving advanced technical support, faster support responses, and hands on support through site login if necessary for premium and free products developed by us.
Priority Support will also include minor customization or alterations at the discretion of the support team. If you require major modifications, then you should consider contracting a developer for your site.
We won’t provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if a member is abusive or in violation of our terms and conditions.
