These terms and conditions apply when purchasing or downloading a product by Rescue Themes and when using this site:

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the rescuethemes.com web site and all content, services and products available at or through the web site ( the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Focused on Fit, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Focused on Fit “) d.b.a. Rescue Themes. The Service is offered conditioned upon and subject to your acceptance of, and your agreement to strictly comply with (without modification), all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Rescue Theme’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Service by Rescue Themes (collectively, the “Agreement”).

1. General Terms & Refunds

Our products are developed with the intention of providing a foundation for or assist in the develop of your project or client work. It’s expected that you already have sufficient expertise to use the item you’ve purchased or downloaded.

For example, if you’ve purchased or downloaded a WordPress theme, you should already be familiar with the basic functionality of WordPress.

With this in mind, your use of any information, material, or items purchased that are developed by Rescue Themes is entirely at your own risk for which Rescue Themes won’t be liable. You’ll be responsible to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

You can receive a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase if the product does not meet your needs. Please contact us using our contact form.


2. Disclaimer

Rescue Themes retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products at any time.


3. License

All digital goods by Rescue Themes are released 100% GPL under the GNU Public License version 2.0.

Our license is in full compliance with WordPress but our products are not compatible with the WordPress.com blogging community unless otherwise noted. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress.org platform.

All plugins, themes, and apps are licensed for one year at a time. After one year, you can renew your license at a 30% discount allowing you to continue to receive important updates and support.


4. Guarantee

All downloadable content and services provided are “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee that our digital products will work in all browsers or hosting environments, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications that have not been specifically listed as being compatible with the product.

5. Membership

As a member of this website, you will receive access to download the WordPress related products by Rescue Themes that have been purchased. You are responsible for your account username and password and you should make a reasonable effort to keep your information confidential.

If you have purchased a premium theme by Rescue Themes, you will receive access to basic theme support through our contact form as long as you have an active license.

With the purchase of Priority Support, you will have access to the expanded support services included with that package.


6. Support

Basic support is included with each premium theme purchase. Basic support is defined as responding to general premium theme setup questions and bug fixes. It does not include any PHP, Javascript, CSS code customizations.

A purchase of a custom development services is required in order to gain access to customizations beyond basic support services.

Custom development services is defined as creating or modifying PHP, Javascript, CSS code, receiving advanced technical support, theme installation, and hands on support through site logins if necessary.

Free support is not available for our free products. To receive support for one of our free products, a Priority Support upgrade is required.

We will not provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if the member is abusive or in violation of our terms.

Support is offered Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM U.S. Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT-6).
